Amenities

Braai & Communal

Braai facilities are only available for paying guests. No unauthorized day visitors allowed. No wood or charcoal will be supplied. The lounge / kitchen area closes at 9:00 pm.

Swimming Pool

No unauthorized day visitors allowed. No swimming or noise after 10:00 pm. Noise levels are expected to be kept to a minimum and will be closely monitored by owners/management.

Laundry

We do not provide laundry facilities to guests. An iron and board available on request.

Breakfast

Breakfast is available on request from Monday to Friday. Breakfast must be pre booked and will be charged additionally. Wimpy is 1km from us - should you prefer an alternative.

Air Conditioner

All rooms in Vinique Guesthouse have an air conditioner to help you stay comfortable in both winter and summer seasons. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact us.

Wifi/Internet

Vinique offers FREE wifi/internet to ensure you stay connected. Should you have any queries about our internet/wifi, please contact us and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Should any problems occur, guests will be expected to settle the FULL account and leave the premises immediately.

Late Arrivals: If you will be checking in after 19h00, please arrange with us prior to arrival. If you arrive later than 21h00 you will be charged an additional R100 to make provision for staff overtime. No check-in possible after 11h00.

General Information

Prices is for accommodation only.

We do not accept cheques or debit cards as payment - only cash, credit card or EFT.

All accounts to be settled on arrival.

Cancelation Policy: You can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival. No refunds will be done if cancelled in the 7 days before arrival. You will be charged R50 admin fee for refunds.

No smoking in rooms. Smoking allowed at designated areas.

We provide a daily cleaning service (except on Sundays and Public Holidays.)

No music or loud noise shall be tolerated, no parties, gatherings or unauthorized day visitors allowed.

Items left behind on departure will be kept for one week to be claimed, depending on the value of the item. You can arrange with a courier to pick up the items left behind from our premises during office hours. Food and beverages left behind will not be kept in Lost and Found.
