- Prices is for accommodation only.
- We do not accept cheques or debit cards as payment - only cash, credit card or EFT.
- All accounts to be settled on arrival.
- Check-in: 14h00PM– 19h00PM
- Check-out: Latest 09h30AM
- Late Arrivals: If you will be checking in after 19h00, please arrange with us prior to arrival. If you arrive later than 21h00 you will be charged an additional R100 to make provision for staff overtime. No check-in possible after 11h00.
- Communal kitchen to be kept clean and tidy.
- Right of admission reserved.
- Cancelation Policy: You can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival. No refunds will be done if cancelled in the 7 days before arrival. You will be charged R50 admin fee for refunds.
- No smoking in rooms. Smoking allowed at designated areas.
- We provide a daily cleaning service (except on Sundays and Public Holidays.)
- No music or loud noise shall be tolerated, no parties, gatherings or unauthorized day visitors allowed.
- Items left behind on departure will be kept for one week to be claimed, depending on the value of the item. You can arrange with a courier to pick up the items left behind from our premises during office hours. Food and beverages left behind will not be kept in Lost and Found.
